I want to tell you that these tartlets are very good, but I will not put that filling again for my taste it is a lot of cinnamon flavor. the cinnamon I love but this cream is not what I wanted next time I'll put pastry cream, that if everyone who puts what you like, this is my opinion but you know the saying, that for tastes there is nothing written.

Strawberry filling:
600 g of clean strawberries
The juice of 2 oranges
3 tablespoons of sugar
250 g of wheat flour
150 g of butter in pieces
70 g of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of chemical yeast powder
Cinnamon cream:
250 g of whole milk
50 g of sugar
25 g of cornstarch
1 egg and 1 yolk or 3 yolks (I 1 egg and 3 yolks)
1/2 C ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
200 g of whipped cream
3 Tablespoons icing sugar
Optional chocolate noodles

We preheat the oven to 180º
Prepare the filling of strawberries. Cut the strawberries in half, and place in a bowl. Add the juice of the oranges and let marinate for 30 minutes.

Now prepare the dough. We put all the ingredients of the dough into the glass and program 12 sec vel 6. We remove from the glass and reserve in a tight plastic bag in the fridge 15 minutes.

Let's go with the cinnamon stuffing. We introduce all the ingredients of the cream into the glass and program 7 minutes 90º vel 4. We remove from the glass and reserve in a bowl covered with film so that it does not crust.

When the dough has rested, we stretch it and cover it with a mold of 28-30 cm in diameter greased with butter, or as in my case tartlets, we cover them with baking paper and over legumes so that it does not inflate. We bake until they are golden.

Assembly and decoration. When the tartlets have cooled, cover them with the cinnamon cream and place the drained strawberries on top.
Wash the glass, place the butterfly on the blades, and assemble the cream with the icing sugar and we program vel 3 1/2 without programming time, until the cream is well assembled. We put in a pastry bag and decorate to our liking. if we like we put some chocolate noodles and we reserve in the refrigerator until the moment of serving ....
